Absolute Gisborne provides comprehensive management services across a range of properties. With over fifteen years experience across real estate and luxury accommodation, homeowners can be assured that their property is being cared for personally and that the maximum income will be derived in the current market.
Absolute Gisborne is the first choice when clients are looking for a premium home to rent in Gisborne. In order to retain a personalised business model we ensure that we have a limited number of houses on our books at one time.
Our services include:
Initial meeting at property and inspection
Preparation of Agency agreement
Advertising for guests on our Airbnb, Facebook page and website
Reference checks
Collecting rental in advance
Paying rental less commission and any cleaning or maintenance costs as agreed to your nominated bank account on the first Monday of each month
Organising preparation of home for rental
Meeting guests on arrival
Being available to guests for enquiries
Washing linen and towels (cost per stay)
Providing cleaning at end of tenancy (charged to guest)
Commission
20% of rental achieved, plus GST
Guests are placed in your home for a minimum of two nights to a maximum of twenty-six days. All guests and tenants are vetted by Absolute Gisborne. Guests are met personally during their visits, the cleaning is organised and guests are able to contact us where necessary.
You can be assured that your property is being cared for and that the maximum income will be derived in the current market. About
Lynn is originally from London and worked in the property market for ten years before moving to Gisborne where she lived on farms at Matawai and Wairoa for fifteen years. She is married to Andy and for ten years they owned and operated a 4.5 star bed and breakfast at Wainui Beach (Absolute Wainui) and they now live in Gisborne town. She has been involved with farming, tourism, real estate, law firms, fashion and has been a PA with leading real estate companies for many years. Her hosting and organisation skills are exceptional and her experience with the tourism, rental and legal industries is the perfect backdrop for this venture.
Helping with the running of the business is Lynn’s husband Andy who takes care of the laundry, recycling and rubbish. Tania and Wayne are our lovely housekeepers who do a magnificent job in keeping our properties up to the high standard we aspire to - Tania also meets and greets if there is an abundance of guests arriving on the same day.
